At Rubber Tracks Inc., we strive to provide fast, reliable shipping to ensure your products arrive safely and on time. Below are the details of our shipping policies:
Shipping Methods
We currently offer standard shipping for all orders. Our products are shipped via trusted trucking companies to ensure secure and timely delivery. While we aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping carrier’s performance.
Free Shipping Eligibility
We offer free standard shipping on orders of two or more tracks. For single-track orders, shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the product and the destination.
Shipping costs for single-track orders are as follows:
- Under 200 lbs: $100
- 200 lbs to 300 lbs: $125
- 300 lbs to 600 lbs: $150
- 600 lbs to 1,000 lbs: $175
Additional Delivery Charges
The following additional charges apply to certain delivery conditions:
- Residential Delivery: $85
- Lift Gate Service: $85 (if required for unloading)
- Limited Access Delivery: $85 (for locations that are difficult for large trucks to access, such as farms or remote areas)
Order Processing Time
Orders placed before 2:00 p.m. Central Standard Time (CST) will typically ship the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. may still ship the same day, but otherwise will be shipped on the next business day. We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once your order has shipped, the estimated delivery time is typically 2-3 business days. However, delivery times are dependent on the trucking company, and Rubber Track Experts Inc. cannot be held responsible for delays once the product has left our facility.
Order Tracking
You will receive tracking information via email once your order has been processed and invoiced. This tracking information will be provided the day after your order has shipped. You can use this information to track the progress of your shipment online.
2. Returns Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Rubber Tracks Inc. If, for any reason, you need to return a product, please review the following guidelines:
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the product must be returned in the same condition as when it was shipped. This includes the product being bonded to the pallets in the same manner as it was delivered. Any product that shows signs of use or wear will not be eligible for return.
Please note that used products cannot be returned.
Return Timeframe
You must initiate your return within 30 days of receiving the product. After this time period, we cannot accept returns.

Return Shipping Costs
If you ordered the wrong product, you are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the product. You are also responsible for any shipping fees related to sending the correct product back to you.
Refund Policy
Refunds are issued once the returned product has arrived at our warehouse and has been inspected. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive the returned product.
3. Exchange Policy
If you mistakenly ordered the wrong tracks, we are happy to offer exchanges. However, you are responsible for:
- Paying for the shipping costs to return the incorrect tracks.
- Paying for shipping the replacement tracks to you.

4. Damaged or Defective Products
If your tracks arrive damaged or defective, please follow these steps:
Inspect the Product upon Delivery
Before signing the Bill of Lading (BOL), please inspect the product carefully. If you notice any damage to the tracks or packaging, you must note the damage on the BOL before accepting the delivery. Failure to do so may prevent us from processing your return or refund request for damaged products.

5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used products: Once the product has been installed or used, it is no longer eligible for return.
- Custom orders: Any products that are customized or made-to-order cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
