How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days of leaving our warehouse. If your order is placed before 2:00 p.m. CST, we will ship it the same day. Delivery times may vary depending on the trucking company, but you can expect your order within 2-3 business days after it has shipped.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free standard shipping on orders of two or more tracks. For single-track orders, shipping fees are based on weight. You can refer to the Shipping & Returns Policy for detailed shipping rates.

Can I return a product if I ordered the wrong one?

Yes, you can return a product as long as it is in its original condition, bonded to the pallets as it was when shipped. However, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs, as well as the shipping fees for sending the correct product. Please see our Returns Policy for more information.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email the following day after your order is invoiced. You can use this tracking number to check the delivery status of your shipment online.

What do I do if my tracks arrive damaged?

If your tracks arrive damaged, you must note the damage on the Bill of Lading (BOL) at the time of delivery. This is important to ensure we can process a return or refund for the damaged product. Please contact us immediately if you encounter any issues with damaged goods.

Are there any products that cannot be returned?

Yes, used products and custom orders cannot be returned. For all other returns, the product must be in the same condition as when it was shipped to qualify for a refund or exchange.
